About Ada

Ada Burrell is a practice management consultant and business strategist with more than 17 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. As the owner of her own consulting firm, she partners with med spas, dermatology practices, and plastic surgery offices to help them launch, grow, and optimize their operations. Drawing on her leadership experience in executive roles with national medical aesthetics organizations, Ada provides comprehensive consulting services that span business planning, organizational assessments, recruiting, sales training, marketing strategy, performance management, and operational excellence. Her practical, results-driven approach has made her a trusted advisor for both emerging and established healthcare practices.

Before founding her consulting company, Ada held senior leadership positions, including Regional Director at Sona Dermatology & MedSpa and Regional Sales Trainer at Sono Bello, where she earned recognition as Regional Director of the Year and achieved Diamond Sales status for outstanding performance. She launched her consulting business to provide personalized, flexible support to medical practice owners while balancing family life. Since then, Ada has helped physicians, surgeons, and aesthetic professionals navigate every stage of the business lifecycle—from opening new private practices to implementing growth strategies, strengthening team performance, and improving financial and operational outcomes. Ada earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, providing the business foundation that has supported her successful consulting career.

Beyond her professional work, Ada is dedicated to community service and leadership development. She serves on the board of MOHA (Mothers of Health Angels), where she played a key role as Executive Director for a nonprofit fundraising gala that generated more than $200,000 to support the organization's mission. She is also an active member of the American Marketing Association and regularly participates in industry conferences to stay at the forefront of healthcare and aesthetics trends. Recognized as one of East Houston's notable professionals, Ada is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and believes her success is rooted in hard work, resilience, integrity, and the confidence to embrace challenges while building meaningful, trust-based relationships.
