What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to educate themselves, ask questions, and confidently step forward—even in male-dominated spaces. It’s important to understand the reasoning behind decisions, communicate your ideas clearly, and advocate for yourself and your contributions.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is navigating a male-dominated environment, particularly when driving change. At the same time, this creates opportunities to lead with transparency, collaboration, and clarity—building trust by clearly communicating vision, goals, and the rationale behind decisions.
