Alejandra balances her professional accomplishments with a rich personal life as a mother and outdoor enthusiast. Q

What do you attribute your success to?

My success is rooted in hard work, curiosity, and an early decision to pursue excellence in whatever room I was in—whether as a first-year associate learning the basics of IP valuation or as the co-founder of a consulting firm leading complex global matters. From the beginning of my career in 2016, I consistently sought out challenging engagements and industries, using each case as an opportunity to deepen my technical skills in economics, data analytics, and intellectual property.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to deliberately put yourself in rooms where you are not the most comfortable, but where you have the most to learn.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to work hard, understand your strengths and values, and continually strive for personal and professional growth.
