Allison Mais

An accomplished operations and business transformation executive, she currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at VM Wealth Management, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, corporate governance, digital transformation, and long-term organizational growth. Prior to becoming COO, she served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing business transformation efforts designed to improve efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support scalable investment and wealth management operations.

Her expertise spans executive leadership, strategic planning, fintech operations, governance, and organizational development across both financial services and entrepreneurial ventures. She also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for VM Wealth Funds Ltd. in Barbados, contributing to oversight and strategic decision-making within the investment management sector.

In addition to her corporate leadership roles, she is the Founder and Principal Partner of Millenium Corporate Solutions, where she provides strategic consulting and business advisory services across Jamaica and Canada. Her background also includes serving as CEO-Designate for MYNELEND Jamaica Ltd., where she played a key role in obtaining regulatory approval, establishing operational infrastructure, and supporting the launch of a fintech micro-lending venture through collaboration with banking and telecommunications partners.
