About Allison
Allison Smith, also known as Allie Lee, is a resilient and purpose-driven professional based in Laguna Beach, California, whose journey has been shaped as much by her setbacks as by her successes. After spending approximately 15 years building a distinguished career in aesthetic sales — representing skincare, makeup, and numbing products to dermatologists and plastic surgeons — Allie is now boldly stepping into a new chapter that encompasses modeling, acting, and motivational mentorship. Her path was never conventional; a serious cliff-jumping accident early in her adult life derailed her nursing studies and left her unable to walk for several months, and a parallel battle with substance abuse tested her spirit further. Rather than allowing these experiences to define her limitations, Allie transformed them into the foundation of her strength, ultimately celebrating 11 years of sobriety and emerging with an unshakable commitment to helping other women navigate their own seasons of difficulty and renewal.
What sets Allie apart is not simply what she has accomplished, but the philosophy she has carried throughout every chapter of her life. She operates from a deeply held belief that setbacks are not failures but redirections — that persistence, pure intentions, and a genuine desire to see others succeed are the true currencies of a meaningful career. These convictions were forged through real experience, and they now serve as the guiding principles behind her personal brand, Allie Lee, through which she is building a platform rooted in encouragement, integrity, and authentic connection with women across industries.
As she continues to evolve and embrace the uncertainty of this intentional transition, Allie remains grounded in the values that have carried her through every storm — kindness, morality, honesty, and love. She was honored as a featured member of Influential Women in 2026, a recognition that reflects not only her professional accomplishments but the quiet, consistent impact she has had on those around her. Whether in a boardroom, on a set, or in a one-on-one conversation with a woman finding her footing, Allie Lee shows up with the same message: keep going, lead with your heart, and trust that the right path will reveal itself in time.

Ten minutes with Allison
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence and the ability to reframe failure as redirection. Every setback I have encountered has ultimately pointed me toward something better. I genuinely believe that the only real difference between those who succeed and those who don't is that successful people simply refuse to stop trying. I live by the principle that God's redirection is your protection — and that belief has carried me through some of my most difficult seasons.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The most impactful advice I have ever received is that when you sincerely want others to succeed, success finds its way back to you. I lead with pure intentions, work hard, and stay focused on what is directly in front of me. I've learned to trust that when you show up with integrity and a genuine heart for others, everything else unfolds in its own time.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to always lead with your heart and make sure your intentions are honest and pure. Never make decisions rooted in fear or selfishness — those motivations will not sustain you. The path will get difficult, and there will be moments when giving up feels easier, but I encourage you to keep going. Success is built on persistence. If you keep trying, you keep moving forward.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The aesthetics industry has become increasingly competitive and, at times, difficult to navigate. It can feel like connections and credentials carry more weight than years of hands-on experience. That is a real challenge. At the same time, I see tremendous opportunity in being willing to evolve — to pivot with the market and explore new avenues. For me, that has meant stepping into modeling, acting, and motivational work. The professionals who are willing to adapt are the ones who will continue to thrive.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, kindness, morality, positivity, and honesty are the values I hold most closely. I believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I am motivated by love — for the people around me and for the work I do — and I am committed to encouraging and uplifting others in every space I occupy.
