Her Story
About Amanda
Amanda Cobble began her sales career in 2012 with a company offering wellness shakes as a young single mom. From 2014 to 2019 she built a successful business with MONAT Global in direct sales and network marketing, reaching the top rank within her first 32 days, qualifying for profit shares and travel, and growing a downline of nearly 200,000 people generating about 5 million dollars monthly before selling it. She then moved into corporate sales roles. Earlier she obtained her CNA credential in 2015. Currently she is interviewing for positions after a layoff and personal challenges, while also cleaning churches. Cobble credits her resilience and success to her mother, a single mom and domestic violence survivor who never quit, along with great mentors. She values family, friends, and helping others in her work, and applies the advice to leave personal matters outside the office door.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Amanda
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my successes to my mother and great mentors along the way. My mother was a single mom and domestic violence survivor who never quit, showing me how to overcome every obstacle. I watched her resilience growing up and that's how I learned to never give up.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
When you walk in the door, everything stays outside of it. Personal life, love life, whatever it may be, the second you walk in that door at the office, you're there at work.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Definitely family. Friends, helping others. Any job where I can walk in and know that I'm helping people. That's what it's all about.
