Ten minutes with Amanda

01What do you attribute your success to?

Consistency, consistently learning, showing up, doing things. That's really what produces results.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

To have situational awareness.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Always keep learning and keep your skills fresh and up-to-date. Embrace new technology, learn what else is out there. And be curious. Don't get complacent. Be open to change and things changing and adapt with that.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Technology can be both a challenge and an opportunity... blending of old and new technology... pace of change... leases, corporate real estate, buildings move very slowly.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity. Honesty. Service, giving back. Being supportive and championing the vision. Listening.
