In this role, she oversees event coordination, concierge services, and retail/restaurant referrals, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and connected.
With a background in psychology from Florida Atlantic University, Amanda brings a thoughtful and people-first approach to leadership and customer interaction. Her earlier experience includes roles at Target, CVS Health, and Care.com, where she honed her skills in sales, time management, and problem-solving. Certified as a Tourism Ambassador and CPR-trained, Amanda combines professionalism with heart—helping make the CityPlace community more vibrant and engaging for both residents and visitors.

I attribute my success to resilience—I made the decision early on to thrive despite losing both of my parents at a young age. That experience taught me independence, empathy, and the importance of showing up for others; I truly believe my team’s success is my success, and treating every guest with compassion is at the heart of what I do.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never give up—when you face pushback, see it as a chance to grow and improve, not a reason to stop.
