Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my deep passion for empowering women—whether it's through a makeup brush, a coaching session, or a strategic marketing plan. Over the past 15 years, I’ve taught makeup as a tool for confidence, not camouflage, and carried that same philosophy into my work as a divorce coach and digital strategist. My mantra is “you can’t pour from an empty jug,” and my greatest reward is helping women choose themselves. I believe strategy is my superpower, and growth is my mission—on screen, in business, and in life.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is, “Don’t love your job—job your love.” It reminds me to bring dedication, enthusiasm, and care to everything I do.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I give to young women entering the industry is, “Do it anyway—even if you’re scared.” Growth often begins where comfort ends.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

It’s a difficult market right now, but I believe challenges also create opportunities for innovation, resilience, and personal growth.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I have to be driven by passion—that’s where my motivation comes from. I can’t do anything I’m not passionate about. Outside of work, I love cooking for friends, especially preparing traditional and national dishes that bring people together.
