About Amy
Amy Ashmore earned her doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin in kinesiology. As a strength training expert, she went from that straight into athletics and then relocated from Texas to Las Vegas, Nevada. With 27 years of experience training in the field, she instructs college courses on kinesiology and strength training topics.
