What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was to find a good bookkeeper and make sure your insurance is in order—both essential for running a successful business. Beyond that, I’ve learned the importance of staying open to change, being adaptable, and embracing lifelong learning. Those qualities have helped me grow both personally and professionally.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life center around connection, creativity, and balance. I cherish spending time with family, whether it’s taking walks outdoors or visiting a pumpkin patch, and I find joy in creative pursuits like pottery and crafting. These experiences remind me to approach life and work with curiosity, care, and a sense of purpose.
