Anisha's passion for helping others is deeply rooted in her own life story. Born in Jamaica and raised between two cultures, she learned early how being silenced could diminish confidence—but also how quiet observation could become a source of wisdom and strength. Those experiences shaped her leadership philosophy and inspired her to create spaces where women feel seen, heard, and empowered. In addition to coaching, she co-founded Women's United Enterprise, an organization dedicated to helping women transform their talents, hobbies, and passions into successful businesses. She is also the author of Unleash Your Inner Badass, a book that encourages readers to embrace their authentic selves and lead lives of purpose and confidence.
At the heart of Anisha's work are the values of honesty, trust, authenticity, and continuous growth. She believes the strongest leaders first learn to lead themselves and encourages women to remain coachable, embrace self-discovery, and never lose sight of who they are. Whether she is developing leaders in the corporate world, coaching executives through personal transformation, speaking on stages, or mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, Anisha is committed to helping others move beyond self-doubt and create lives defined by purpose, resilience, and lasting impact.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Aneisha K.
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from overcoming being silenced as a young girl in Jamaica during a church talent show where my grandmother discouraged me after I placed second reciting a Bible verse. That experience made me observe silently and develop skills of being still and collecting data, which later allowed me to regain my voice, help others, and see my career take off with miracles happening once I stood in myself.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be open to also coaching yourself while you're coaching, you're gonna be learning a lot about who you are as well. Be open to be coachable and to be able to pivot. The main thing is don't forget that you need to know who you are first. Lead yourself before you lead others.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, building trust, and keeping an open spirit are most important to me.
