01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to prioritizing self-care and maintaining a strong sense of balance. I practice meditation, reflexology, massage, Qigong, and other approaches that help me understand and manage the flow of energy. I also make a conscious effort to recognize stress when it begins to arise, address it proactively, and redirect that energy in a positive and productive way. This mindset helps me stay grounded, focused, and optimistic while looking ahead to new opportunities.
