One of the greatest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is mastering the art of wearing many hats: leading with purpose, supporting veterans through suicide prevention and awareness, and simultaneously prioritizing family and self-care. Embracing this balance has strengthened my resilience, expanded my impact, and reinforced the importance of aligning passion with action.
