My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: Believe in your abilities, and back that belief with consistent, impactful action. Success is built through daily habits—small, steady steps that compound over time. Stay focused on your goals, invest in your growth, and take pride in every milestone along the way. What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is mastering the art of wearing many hats: leading with purpose, supporting veterans through suicide prevention and awareness, and simultaneously prioritizing family and self-care. Embracing this balance has strengthened my resilience, expanded my impact, and reinforced the importance of aligning passion with action.
