Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to integrity, perseverance, and a passion for connecting technology with people’s everyday lives. Since 2008, I have built my career in telecommunications by fostering meaningful relationships and embracing opportunities to learn new perspectives. As a first-generation college graduate, I earned my bachelor’s degree while working full-time and raising my son, and later pursued my MBA while raising 4 beautiful daughters and continuing to work full time to further grow professionally. My journey is guided by a commitment to stay true to myself and to make an impact I can be proud of, both for my clients and for my daughters.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve gotten is simple: relationships before results. When people know you genuinely care, the results follow naturally. That’s been true in sales, leadership, and every part of life.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to be true to yourself and stay focused on your goals. Don’t let negativity or doubt pull you away from your path. Embrace challenges as opportunities to grow and trust in your ability to succeed.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is staying ahead of rapidly evolving technology while ensuring it continues to meet the real needs of clients. At the same time, this pace creates incredible opportunities to innovate and make a meaningful impact. I am especially grateful for the guidance of my current leader, whose mentorship has significantly shaped the trajectory of my career. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, hiking, spending time outdoors, and training for running competitions, which keep me energized and inspired.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me most are integrity, ownership, and respect. I believe how you do something matters just as much as what you achieve. I try to lead with honesty, take responsibility for my actions, and treat people the way I want to be treated. Success built on shortcuts doesn’t last—but success built on trust and follow-through does, and that’s the kind I’m proud of.
