Ann Konasiewicz is a seasoned financial specialist, entrepreneur, and mentor with over 30 years of experience at Primerica, where she proudly serves as a Regional Leader. Throughout her distinguished career, Ann has dedicated herself to helping families build financial security and independence through education, strategic planning, and empowerment. Her mission is to guide clients toward long-term stability by teaching them the fundamental principles of financial literacy, while also mentoring others to grow successful businesses within the financial services industry.
Before establishing her career in finance, Ann served honorably in the United States Army from 1976 to 1978, becoming one of the first women to serve in the regular Army rather than the Women’s Army Corps (WAC). Her role in Office Management under senior military officers instilled in her the values of discipline, leadership, and integrity—qualities that continue to shape her professional approach today. Ann is a graduate of Berkeley College’s Professional Series Program and holds multiple financial certifications, including Series 6, 63, and 65, along with Life, Health, and Securities Licenses.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Ann finds joy in life’s simple pleasures—sharing dinner on the waterfront, traveling to Paris to visit her son and his wife, and giving back to causes that matter deeply to her. She proudly supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the American Indian Children Foundation, reflecting her enduring commitment to service and compassion. Known for her integrity, leadership, and unwavering dedication to helping others succeed, Ann continues to be an inspiring example of what it means to lead with purpose and heart.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to lead and work alongside throughout my career. I believe true leadership is about inspiring others to see their own potential and helping them grow both personally and professionally. By fostering collaboration, trust, and a shared vision, I’ve built teams that not only achieve their goals but also develop the confidence and skills to lead others in turn. My greatest accomplishments come from seeing those I’ve mentored thrive because when people grow, success naturally follows.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the financial services industry is to follow your dreams unapologetically and never let anyone discourage you from pursuing your goals. This field is built on trust, compassion, and service, so you must genuinely love helping people and believe in their potential to achieve financial independence. Stay confident in your purpose, keep learning, and surround yourself with mentors who lift you higher. When you lead with heart and authenticity, success will naturally follow.
