Ann Ranson

I left a comfortable, successful corporate career in radio in 2005 to go out on my own, which I consider my most notable professional achievement. For the past 20 years, I've been running my own company as a solopreneur. I don't have a typical day - every day's a new day. I work as a coach, professional speaker, and facilitator specializing in strategy. One day I might be working on all three of those areas, preparing a new speech, or handling the marketing side of things. I have some contract people who help me on certain things, but basically I'm either delivering content directly to a client through coaching or consulting, or marketing to get new clients. The work I do is meaningful, and making a difference is one of my personal goals.
