Annie Skoglund, CAE, is the co-owner of Nonprofit Association Services, LLC (NPAS), a consultancy dedicated to empowering mission-driven organizations. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, Annie brings a wealth of expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and nonprofit management. Her career has been marked by a deep commitment to helping nonprofit leaders turn their vision into meaningful, lasting impact.

Since founding NPAS with her longtime collaborator, Katie, Annie has guided numerous nonprofits through complex operational challenges, capacity building, and strategy refinement. She is known for her practical, personalized approach, grounded in hands-on experience and a genuine understanding of the nonprofit sector’s unique demands. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes quality, collaboration, and fostering success for clients, rather than simply expanding organizational reach.

Beyond her role at NPAS, Annie serves as a board member of Key Free Clinic and owns Mary Ann’s, a home-away-from-home nightly rental, demonstrating her versatility and entrepreneurial spirit. She also has experience as an executive personal assistant and in customer service, reflecting her ability to manage complex projects while maintaining strong relationships.
