Her Story

About Anusree

Anusree Anand builds HR technology environments that make complex organizations easier to run.

Her career sits at the intersection of HR, technology, data, and business transformation, with more than a decade of experience leading HRIS implementations, system integrations, automation, workforce analytics, shared services transformation, and AI-enabled HR solutions across global and multi-state organizations.

What distinguishes her is the ability to see beyond the system itself. She connects the operational problem behind the process, the business decision behind the data, and the employee experience behind the workflow. That perspective allows her to bridge HR, IT, vendors, and executive leadership while designing solutions that work well beyond implementation.

In her current role as Senior Manager, Global HRIS at Arclin, she leads enterprise HR technology initiatives spanning migrations, implementations, integrations, and global HR systems strategy.

She is particularly effective in complex environments where systems are fragmented, processes are evolving, and organizations need greater structure. Her strength lies in turning that complexity into scalable, technology-enabled operating models that support growth, better decisions, and stronger business performance.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Anusree

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being willing to step into unfamiliar situations and figure them out. I am naturally drawn to challenges, especially when there is no obvious playbook. Not every idea works, and not every attempt succeeds, but I have learned not to let failure define the outcome. I adapt, learn quickly, and keep moving forward.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of my mentors once told me that being capable of doing many things does not mean I have to pursue all of them. The more important question is which work gives me energy, purpose, and a sense of fulfillment. That advice changed how I think about career growth. I still embrace new opportunities, but I am much more intentional about choosing the ones that align with who I am and the kind of impact I want to make.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do not be intimidated by technology. You do not have to know everything before you begin, but you do have to stay curious and be willing to learn. Technology is not here to replace your value; it can amplify it. The women who will stand out are the ones who understand both the human side of work and how to use technology to solve real business problems.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is the pace of change. HR technology, AI, and automation are evolving so quickly that it can be difficult for organizations and professionals to keep up. But that is also the opportunity. Those who continuously learn, adapt, and understand how to turn new technology into practical business value will help shape what the future of HR looks like.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity is the value I refuse to compromise. I believe principles only matter when they are tested, so I try to be consistent in how I make decisions, how I treat people, and how I show up in difficult situations. Whether in work or in life, I want my choices to reflect what I believe is right, even when the easier option would be to look the other way.
