I build brands, but truthfully, I built this out of a moment where I knew I couldn’t stay where I was anymore.
Everything looked right on paper, but it didn’t feel right. Choosing to walk away from that kind of stability forced me to trust myself in a way I never had before. That decision changed everything.
Now, through Club De Brands and Brands Academy of Real Estate, I work with agents and builders to simplify marketing, strengthen their positioning, and create strategies that actually work in the real world. I focus on execution because ideas only matter if they move.
I don’t just create campaigns. I teach people how to understand what they’re doing so they can grow with confidence.
As a Latina entrepreneur, I care deeply about opening doors and creating space for people who don’t always see themselves represented in this industry. My work is about more than marketing. It is about helping people step into something bigger for themselves.

What do you attribute your success to?
I think with me, it's more like a personality. I love seeing an idea come to life. It's always satisfying to create something and have that idea actually be executed. That's what drives me - the ability to take a concept and turn it into reality. It's not just about the end result, but the entire creative process of bringing something new into existence.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say there's no such thing as a crazy idea - always pursue what your gut is telling you. Whether you're wanting to be in the business world, or wanting to be a doctor, or go back to school, whatever it is, don't fear it. Go for what you want and don't let fear hold you back. I think it's important to encourage one another, especially as women supporting other women.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I think the biggest challenge is just the competition and the amount of marketing there is. There's a lot of marketing agencies out there, so it's really just trying to come out at the top and show our mission statement and why we're different. Standing out in such a crowded field requires constantly demonstrating what makes us unique.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I think encouraging others and making a difference are the most important values to me. Whether I'm with family or working one-on-one with agents, I focus on tackling what their main issue is so they can feel confident and encouraged. I just love doing that. It doesn't feel like work at that point - it feels like I'm giving them the proper tools to overcome whatever it is that they're going through, whether it's at work or in their personal life. That sense of empowerment and support is what drives me in everything I do.
