Her Story

About Ashley

Ashley began her career in technology consulting working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, eventually joining a nationally recognized accounting and consulting firm where she managed Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Power Platform implementations. Working with clients across pharmaceutical, manufacturing, sports, nonprofit, and cybersecurity software industries gave her early exposure to the complexity of enterprise technology projects and the very different business realities that shape successful implementations.

In 2024, Ashley joined 365 Digital Technologies as a Senior Consultant, supporting ERP, IT, and digital transformation engagements through a combination of project management and organizational change management. She also became increasingly involved in project recovery, helping organizations stabilize at-risk implementations by addressing challenges around scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

That experience shaped an important part of Ashley's leadership philosophy. Some of her most meaningful work has involved stepping into troubled transformation initiatives and helping leaders determine not only what has gone wrong, but what needs to change to move forward. Her project recovery work has included helping clients navigate initiatives that were significantly over budget and behind schedule.

As her role at 365 Digital Technologies expanded, Ashley moved beyond leading individual engagements and began building the firm's transformation capabilities. She went on to establish and lead its Organizational Change Management practice, developing the methodology, service offerings, and delivery standards used across client engagements while building and mentoring the team responsible for delivering them.

In July 2026, Ashley was promoted to Senior Director of Consulting Services, expanding her responsibility across the firm's consulting portfolio. Today, she leads the strategic direction, growth, and delivery quality of practices spanning Organizational Change Management, Enterprise Project and Program Management, PMO Advisory, Project Recovery, CIO Advisory, and ERP Transformation. She also serves as an executive-level advisor to client leadership navigating complex enterprise transformation.

Ashley also plays an active role in 365 AI Solutions, a sister company focused on developing practical, AI-enabled solutions to real business problems. Drawing on her background in transformation and change leadership, she helps bridge the gap between technology and the business, with a particular focus on strategy, adoption, and ensuring solutions translate into meaningful business outcomes. Her involvement reflects a natural evolution of her career: from implementing technology, to leading transformation, to helping organizations navigate what comes next.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Ashley

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute much of my success to curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to ask for opportunities before I felt completely ready for them. Early in my career, I regularly asked leaders I admired if I could sit in on calls, help with projects, or take something off their plate. I wanted exposure to the conversations happening several steps ahead of me because that was how I learned to see the bigger picture.

I also learned to actively seek mentorship rather than wait for it. I asked for feedback, invited leaders to coach me, and then worked hard to demonstrate that I could be trusted with what they gave me.

That experience developed a skill that has become incredibly important in my consulting career: anticipating people's needs before they have to articulate them. I am always thinking about what is coming next, what risks we haven't addressed yet, what decision a leader will need to make, and what I can do now to make that next step easier. That ability to stay curious, think ahead, and consistently add value has been one of the biggest drivers of my career.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've received came from my mentor, Guillermo Avila, CEO of 365 Digital Technologies and 365 AI Solutions: never bring a problem without a solution. If you don't have the solution, go find it, or talk to someone who can help you find it.

That advice fundamentally shaped the way I work. Identifying a problem is important, but identifying it isn't the same as solving it. I've learned to take ownership of what comes next, whether that means developing a recommendation, doing the research, asking better questions, or bringing in someone with expertise I don't have.

That mindset has been invaluable throughout my career, particularly in consulting and project recovery. I may not always walk into a situation knowing the answer, but I know how to keep moving until we find one.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't shrink yourself to fit a room you've already earned your way into.

I spent a lot of my early career doing exactly that. I was often one of the youngest professionals in the room, and instead of seeing that as an accomplishment, I questioned whether I belonged there at all. I minimized what I had achieved, second-guessed my expertise, and assumed everyone else had more of a right to be there than I did.

I've learned since then that none of it was an accident. I worked hard. I asked for opportunities. I sought out mentors. I took feedback seriously. I delivered when people trusted me with responsibility. I earned my seat at every table I was invited to.

So my advice to young women is to stay curious and stay humble, but don't make yourself small. Don't wait until you feel completely ready to contribute, lead, speak up, or pursue the next opportunity. You can acknowledge how much you still have to learn without diminishing how much you've already earned.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest opportunity right now is helping organizations turn rapidly evolving technology, especially AI, into real business value. The goal shouldn't be to adopt technology faster. It should be to solve the right problems better.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

One of the values most important to me is investing in people. I love coaching and mentoring young people as they navigate their careers and life, especially helping them build confidence, recognize their strengths, and see opportunities they may not see in themselves yet. Outside of work, I love reading and spending as much time outdoors as I can with my husband and kids.
