Ashley Gardner

Ashley Gardner is a dynamic strategic communicator, creative entrepreneur, and social innovator with extensive experience in media, journalism, and branding. As the Chief Branding Officer and co-owner of Innovative Research & Analysis LLC, as well as the newly launched Organized Travel™ and the Las Vegas Hologram Experience (LV HoloEx), she leads branding strategy, communications, video marketing, and content development. With over fifteen years in media, Ashley’s background spans on-air presentation, writing, videography, and editing, including roles as a reporter, news anchor, and weather forecaster. She has also shared her expertise as an adjunct professor in Speech Communication and Journalism at the collegiate level.

Throughout her career, Ashley has received national recognition for her contributions to journalism, including a letter of commendation from the former Governor of Mississippi and acknowledgment as a Distinguished Woman in Nevada for her legislative reporting. She has leveraged her media expertise to build strong branding and marketing frameworks for research, nonprofit, and entertainment ventures. In addition, she has supported social impact projects in mental health, substance abuse, homelessness, and community development, bridging data-driven research with meaningful community engagement.

A first-generation college graduate, Ashley earned her Master of Arts in Radio, Television & Film from the University of North Texas and her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Psychology from the University of Mississippi. Driven by a passion for storytelling, innovation, and mentorship, she thrives on connecting people and ideas to create lasting social and professional impact.
