What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being a lifelong learner—one of my core guiding philosophies. What draws me to sales is the variety and the opportunity to connect with new people every day. I thrive on engaging with diverse perspectives, learning from the challenges others face, and understanding what motivates them. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and creating meaningful connections.
Equally important to me is taking care of others—both my clients and colleagues. Building relationships across different personalities, markets, and industries has always energized me. My curiosity, genuine desire to help others, and appreciation for diversity have been central to my growth and success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
For young women entering healthcare, adaptability is key—this industry is always evolving. Balancing personal and professional life is also critical, especially if you plan to have a family. There will be times when work comes first and times when personal priorities do. Having a supportive partner or network makes all the difference, and embracing flexibility and resilience is essential to long-term success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Healthcare is constantly evolving, so adaptability and a commitment to lifelong learning are essential. For working women, particularly mothers, one of the biggest challenges is balancing personal and professional priorities. There will be times when family must come first and times when work takes precedence. Recognizing this ebb and flow and having a strong support system are key to navigating both a successful career and a fulfilling personal life.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith and family are the foundation of my life, guiding both my personal and professional decisions. I also prioritize integrity, striving to do the right thing in every situation.
