What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the incredible support and guidance I’ve received throughout my journey. My mentor, Mary, played a pivotal role in building my confidence, while my mother has always been a role model, demonstrating the value of hard work and perseverance.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Laziness and Fear are the things that stop us from achieving our dreams. Work hard and be fearless.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Master the contract as your leadership tool, build relationships early and intentionally, lean into communication as your superpower, lead with empathy, and rember you deserve to be there.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are growth, mentorship, and leading by example. One of my most notable professional achievements has been witnessing my team members develop and succeed in their respective fields. As a mentor, I currently guide two individuals, including one who has advanced to a lead acquisition specialist role. Mentoring has been mutually rewarding, allowing me to learn from different perspectives while supporting others in their growth.
For aspiring women in the industry, my advice is to lead by example, recognize strengths in others, and pursue opportunities with courage—fear is often the greatest barrier to progress. Outside of work, I am actively involved in Blue Ribbon Mothers and Wreaths Across America, which reflect my commitment to community and service.
