Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to consistency, curiosity, and resilience.

Moving to a new country and continuing to build my career taught me the importance of staying committed to my goals even when the path is uncertain. I have always believed in continuously learning, adapting to changes in the industry, and pushing myself to grow both personally and professionally.

For me, success is not only about achievements, but about the ability to keep evolving and creating opportunities where they may not initially exist.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to never stop learning and never limit myself to just one skill.

Marketing and communication are constantly evolving industries, and the professionals who thrive are those who remain curious, adaptable, and open to learning new tools, strategies, and perspectives.

This mindset has helped me grow professionally and stay prepared for the constant changes in the digital world.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice would be to believe in your voice and your ideas.

Marketing and communication are industries where creativity and perspective are incredibly valuable. Your ideas matter, and your unique point of view can bring real value to brands and organizations.

At the same time, I always encourage young women to continue learning, stay informed about industry trends, and build confidence in their abilities. Confidence, preparation, and authenticity can open many doors.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in marketing today is the constant evolution of digital platforms and consumer behavior. Strategies and trends change very quickly, which requires professionals to continuously adapt.

However, this also creates incredible opportunities. Brands now have more tools than ever to connect directly with their audience through social media, content creation, and data-driven strategies.

I believe the biggest opportunity today lies in combining creativity with analytics to build authentic and meaningful relationships with audiences.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my personal life and my career are integrity, growth, and impact.

I believe in doing meaningful work, maintaining honesty and professionalism, and always striving to improve. Continuous growth is very important to me because I believe there is always something new to learn.

Most importantly, I value creating a positive impact through my work by helping businesses grow, supporting others, and contributing to projects that make a difference.
