Aubrie Jones
Aubrie Jones is the founder and owner of HADCO Staffing Solutions, a hospitality staffing firm based in Henderson, Nevada. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Aubrie holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Her professional journey began on stage as a singer and dancer, performing at renowned venues such as the Grand Ole Opry and The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. She appeared in various national shows, including Opryland productions, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Fiesta Texas, and the Radio City Rockette Christmas Show in Branson, Missouri. In 2000, she relocated to Las Vegas and transitioned into the hospitality industry, where she discovered a passion for event planning and destination management.
Over the next several years, Aubrie rose through the ranks in the Destination Management Company (DMC) industry, becoming Vice President of Sales at Hosts Las Vegas. In 2018, she launched HADCO Staffing Solutions with a mission to provide innovative staffing solutions that empower both clients and employees. Her leadership and fresh approach to hospitality staffing earned her recognition as one of Smart Meetings Magazine’s Top 100 Women in the Meetings & Events Industry, honored in the Innovator category. Aubrie continues to expand HADCO’s reach nationally, bringing her experience, creativity, and people-first mindset to every project.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my background in the entertainment industry—being a performer taught me how to market and sell myself, and I carried those same skills into the event staffing world, where connecting with people and delivering a strong presence has made all the difference.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to not grow too quickly—after seven years, I finally felt ready to expand beyond the Vegas market, and that patience taught me the importance of staying hands-on, maintaining an open-door policy, and never losing touch with the temporary staff who help drive our success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in our field right now is the impact of global climate and political tensions on international travel, which has led to lower attendance at many shows, especially coming off a slower summer season.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Kindness, respect, and equality are core values I carry in both my work and personal life—it's important to lead with integrity, but also to listen, be open to learning, and support others through collaboration.
