My Father once said: "The day you stop learning, is the day you stop growing". And that has stuck with me ever since.

My advice to young women entering the customer service industry is to be confident in your abilities, never underestimate your potential, and remain persistent in pursuing your goals. Success comes from believing in yourself and consistently putting in the effort to grow and excel.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is keeping up with rapid change—whether that’s new technology, evolving customer expectations, or shifting ways of working. At the same time, this creates a major opportunity to innovate, improve efficiency, and deliver better experiences by being adaptable and open to learning.
