I attribute my success to the dedication and hard work that have carried me throughout my career. Born and raised in Mexico, I attended some of the country’s most prestigious universities. Shortly after graduating, I moved to the United States on my own, with limited English proficiency, and over the past 20 years, I have built a career in digital media. Today, I am proud of the experience I’ve gained and excited to take the next step by launching my own business next year.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. This philosophy has guided me through challenges, motivated me to continuously learn, and inspired me to pursue ambitious goals throughout my career.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in your potential and aim high. You have the ability to go anywhere in the world and achieve greatness and success—never let fear or doubt limit your ambitions.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

After 20 years in the field, I’m both excited and a little nervous to start my own business. It’s a leap of faith, but I see it as an incredible opportunity to grow, innovate, and apply everything I’ve learned over the years to create something meaningful.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are collaboration and teamwork. I attribute much of my success to the incredible teams I’ve been part of, and I’m committed to supporting and uplifting those around me as we work toward shared goals.
