Currently serving as Senior Digital Technology Project Manager at Amtrak, she excels in delivering SaaS and COTS technology solutions, driving process improvements, and leading Agile transformation initiatives. Her expertise spans project portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, consistently ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Throughout her career, Bernedette has demonstrated exceptional leadership in guiding teams through complex technical landscapes. She has successfully led multi-million-dollar projects, including global data analytics initiatives and enterprise technology transformations, achieving measurable improvements in efficiency, client satisfaction, and operational performance. 01What do you attribute your success to?

With a decade of seasoned expertise, Bernedette has carved her path as an influential force in technology and strategic delivery. An accomplished professional adept at driving innovation in SaaS, COTS, and digital transformation, she has spent over eight years as a results-oriented senior project manager, expertly leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs on time and within budget. Now, she channels that demonstrated leadership into her own venture, Faith Forged Technologies. Her proudest accomplishment remains spearheading a critical, year-long procurement project during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she engaged and oversaw the delivery of vital PPE equipment. What fuels her is seeing outcomes that exceed expectations—a testament to her strong passion for technology.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Her advice to aspiring professionals? “Be open to ‘no’; it’s not a rejection, but an opportunity to research, pivot, and persevere. The pain point is constant, but there’s always a solution.”
