What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering the construction industry to persevere and stay committed to their goals. Finding strong mentors is invaluable, as they can provide guidance, support, and insight throughout your career. While challenges still exist, the industry is becoming increasingly supportive of women, and by remaining confident, proactive, and resilient, you can build a successful and fulfilling career.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
One of the values I hold most important in both my work and personal life is balance. I have a deep appreciation for outdoor activities such as hiking, four-wheeling, and camping, which allow me to disconnect from technology and recharge. Taking time to engage with nature helps me refresh my mind, maintain perspective, and approach both professional challenges and personal endeavors with focus and clarity.
