Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the ability to see the system beneath the story.

My background in international corporate governance taught me that every complex problem—whether in banking or bureaucracy—can be solved through systematic clarity and meticulous risk mitigation. I take pride in transferring that operational expertise directly to my clients' heritage journeys.

Success for me is making complex processes human—bridging the gap between rigid Italian law and a client's emotional and strategic goals. It’s the ability to provide a clear, confident path where others see only chaos.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received wasn't about networking—it was about governance and clarity:

"Never confuse process with outcome, and always own the governance."

This is why:

  1. Process vs. Outcome: In my work, whether it was managing international bank reserves or a complex citizenship file, it’s easy to get lost in the steps. The best advice taught me to constantly challenge the process to ensure it directly serves the client’s desired outcome. If your process is chaotic, your results will be compromised.
  2. Own the Governance: Governance simply means being the architect of reliable structure. My success comes from providing clients with a clear, accountable framework so they can focus on their bigger strategic goals, not the bureaucratic chaos.

Ultimately, this advice keeps me focused on being the most reliable bridge between the complex system and the client's simple, powerful goal.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The best advice I can give young women entering this industry is to transform generic confidence into operational authority.

  1. Own the Governance, Not Just the Task: Learn the system better than anyone. Your value isn't in processing a document; it's in understanding the governance that underpins the entire process—from Comune law to consular interpretation. This specialized, structural knowledge is your true power and sets you apart from the competition.
  2. Translate Complexity into Clarity: Use your inherent cross-cultural competence to simplify high-stakes challenges. Our industry requires translating rigid legal jargon into human, manageable steps. That ability to bring both precision and empathy is not a soft skill—it’s a critical strategic asset.
  3. Find Your Strategic Anchor: Never apologize for your ambition. Identify the core professional strength that gives you authority (for me, it was ECB project management) and use it to anchor your expertise. When you lead with your unique competence, confidence follows naturally.

In this field, you're not just guiding a journey; you are architecting a client's future. Act like the highly specialized professional you are.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge—and therefore the greatest opportunity—in my field right now is the Strategic Clarity Gap.

The demand for Italian dual citizenship has never been higher, but the process is increasingly characterized by complex, localized governance and a flood of amateur misinformation online. This complexity creates enormous client anxiety and increases the risk of application failure due to minor technical errors.

My opportunity lies in filling that gap by applying operational authority to the human journey. It’s moving past simply providing documents and instead becoming the strategic architect who can guarantee a reliable, risk-mitigated path.

I translate rigid, chaotic Italian legal governance into a transparent, predictable framework. This is the moment to position heritage consulting not as a transactional service, but as an essential legacy strategy—a secure investment in global mobility.

That clarity is the highest-value service I can offer clients right now.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide my work are the same ones that keep my personal life on track. They boil down to three things: clarity, courage, and accountability.

First, there is Clarity. I think authenticity isn't just about 'being real'; it's about being profoundly clear. Whether I'm looking at a complex legal document or giving personal advice, I need to present the path without any smoke and mirrors. My clients deserve the truth and a transparent strategy, and that's the only way I can work.

Then, there's Courage. It takes so much courage to pursue this heritage journey, to demand a bigger future for yourself and your family. I deeply value the bravery it takes for my clients to take that first decisive step. My role is to mitigate the risk, but the action is all theirs.

And finally, Accountability. This is the structure we all rely on. I call it Governance professionally, but personally, it’s just the commitment to provide a reliable, safe framework. I handle the structure and the meticulous details so the client is free to focus completely on the emotional and strategic payoff of achieving dual citizenship.

These three ideas—Clarity, Courage, and Accountability—fuel everything. They let me be the most reliable bridge between the complex system and the client's incredible, personal goal.
