About Brandi
Brandi Sanner serves as an Account Executive at Neumo, where she has spent the past eight years working in the government technology sector. With 19 years of experience in tax and license administration, including the last eight focused on technology solutions, she helps government agencies modernize and streamline their processes by listening closely to their challenges and connecting them with the solutions best suited to their needs. Her career reflects a strong combination of public-sector experience, sales expertise, relationship management, and a deep understanding of government operations.
Before transitioning into government technology, Brandi worked in an audit firm after an early interest in politics led her to a position in tax-related work with a sheriff’s office. She went on to complete five years of college while raising her son, commuting daily and approaching her education with the same discipline and commitment as a full-time job. Her dedication and performance have earned her the distinction of Account Executive of the Year five times, as well as invitations to President’s Club events in destinations including London, St. Thomas, and Maui, Hawaii.
Brandi attributes her success to her ability to quickly rebound from losses and failures, both professionally and personally. My advice to young women entering my industry is to take up all the space you can and make your place at the table. Ask questions, be present, and have confidence in your abilities. Never be afraid to speak up, pursue opportunities, or challenge yourself. Most importantly, never give up and do not let fear hold you back. Believe in yourself, stay persistent, and approach every opportunity with courage and determination.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence. While AI can be intimidating and presents challenges as industries adapt to new technologies, I also see tremendous potential in how it can augment human capabilities, improve efficiency, and contribute to the development of better products and solutions.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, compassion, and the importance of building meaningful relationships. I believe in treating people with genuine care and respect, while being honest and authentic in my interactions. I place great value on developing strong, lasting relationships with colleagues and clients because trust and genuine connections are essential to both personal fulfillment and professional success.
