Brenda Cruz, MS, is a seasoned chemist and life sciences consultant with over 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation in the technology and scientific industries. Throughout her career, she has specialized in business development, market expansion, and strengthening relationships with distributors, clients, and opinion leaders. Brenda’s expertise in analytical methods, regulatory compliance, and investment viability has allowed her to successfully manage multiple divisions with multimillion-dollar revenues, while also providing strategic support to sales teams to achieve their goals.
Currently, Brenda serves as the Laboratory Analytical Solutions Account Manager at MITEL Distributing Corp., where she leads business development initiatives across pharma and academia, conducts trade shows and instrument demonstrations, and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders. Her international experience spans multiple countries in Latin America, where she has guided market entry strategies and facilitated collaborations with distributors and clients. Brenda is committed to fostering a culture of learning and development, delivering both in-person and digital training programs for internal teams and clients.
Brenda holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico-Humacao. She is a licensed PR Chemist and an active member of professional organizations such as the American Chemical Society (ACS) and the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC).
