Her Story
About Brianna
I've been in the women's empowerment and personal development industry for about 3 years, though this year is when I'm really taking it seriously and fully committing to it. I work for myself as an entrepreneur, and my business is called Essence Embodied. I'm building a platform for women that focuses on self-confidence, self-awareness, and personal development, helping women operate in their authenticity and heal from their past and traumas. My approach is about teaching women to dance their dance alone - to be confident in everything they do without needing anyone's applause, trusting that whatever they put into life will produce their tree. I help women with their confidence, trusting their intuition and discernment, and allowing them to be themselves without facades or masks, just going effortlessly through life. I'm currently working on two main areas: working directly with women on personal development, and helping women who want to open their own platforms and create online courses. My background in the arts, having always been a creative person, inspired this work and allows my heart to just blow out of me in what I do.

Ten minutes with Brianna
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being coached right now with 3 coaches who are helping me a lot when it comes to developing my brand and developing my purpose. I also have people who are supporting me on the side because they know me and my authenticity, and they're helping me trust in the process even though it can be a bit fearful. They've taught me that if you lean into the fear, your true self will come out, because something in that fear is trying to navigate you to your purpose and help you build what is meant for you.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be yourself, no matter what. This world will make you put up facades and masks in order for you to fit in, but the best thing that you can bring to the world is yourself, your authenticity, because that's how people can relate to you. Oftentimes, we like to put up this facade because we want to fit in so badly, but you lack nothing. You are beautifully and wonderfully made, and everything that you have comes from within. As long as you see the power that you carry, and the strength, along with your weaknesses, that makes a beautiful art piece. You don't know how many women you can help just by being your authentic self.
