Brianna Nashae Delgado is a dedicated banking professional and business student committed to financial empowerment, academic excellence, and building a strong foundation for her family and community. With six years of experience in the banking industry, Brianna has cultivated expertise in customer service, financial literacy, and administrative operations, earning a reputation for professionalism, empathy, and consistency. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University–Camden, she combines her passion for finance with her growing interest in HR and organizational development.
Brianna’s path has been defined by resilience and purpose. From navigating the foster care system to balancing full-time work and night classes, she has continually demonstrated strength and perseverance. Her early experiences as an administrative assistant to a high school principal at just 20 years old shaped her understanding of discipline and leadership. Today, she applies those lessons in both her academic and professional life — recently serving as a Personal Banker at WSFS Bank and exploring roles that align with her passion for people, purpose, and growth.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Brianna is an artist, poet, entrepreneur, and devoted mother. She is the CEO of BB’s Signature Traveling Notary Services and Roze Allure by Brianna Nashae, ventures that reflect her entrepreneurial spirit and creative drive. As a member of programs like EOF, TRIO, and Camden Fellows, she actively supports initiatives that empower students with diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. Through every chapter of her journey, Brianna continues to lead with integrity, compassion, and vision — proving that determination and heart can turn any challenge into a stepping stone for success.
