About Brielle
Brielle is an accomplished program management and marketing operations leader with more than a decade of experience spanning advertising production, media, creative and pharmaceutical marketing. As Director of Program Management at Publicis Groupe, she leads cross-functional teams responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, bringing together creative, strategy, media, and operational stakeholders to deliver impactful results. Throughout her career, Brielle has earned a reputation for driving operational excellence, implementing scalable processes, and fostering collaboration that enables teams to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining a focus on quality and innovation. Brielle's career journey began in advertising production, where she gained valuable insight into the behind-the-scenes execution of campaigns and developed a strong foundation in project management. She later transitioned into media, serving as a project management lead across programmatic, planning, and technology initiatives before moving into creative and ultimately pharmaceutical marketing. Over the years, she has successfully managed complex programs, led high-performing teams, and created efficiencies that improve workflow and business outcomes. Her expertise lies not only in strategic execution but also in building systems and processes that empower teams to work smarter, collaborate effectively, and consistently deliver exceptional client experiences. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to two incredible female mentors, Amanda Kelly and Kelley Doonan, who taught me how to lead with empathy, support a safe culture, mentor talent, and handle challenging situations with a level mindset.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't be afraid to share your perspective, speak up in meetings, and challenge conventional thinking.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do not be afraid to have a voice in the room and go against the grain. Follow your intuition but also challenge yourself. Your perspective brings value.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Marketing continues to evolve rapidly, requiring organizations to become more agile, collaborative, and strategically aligned. Opportunities lie in developing future leaders through mentorship.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Empathy and integrity are most important. I pride myself in being an empathetic leader who sets the team up for success and understands life situations, while maintaining accountability and pride in work.
