About Brittany
Brittany Branch is a banking professional and Business Center Branch Manager II at PNC, bringing nearly eight years of experience in customer service, financial services, and branch leadership. Her career began in retail sales during college, where she discovered her passion for helping people and creating meaningful customer experiences. This passion naturally transitioned into banking, where she now supports clients in achieving important financial milestones, from saving for education and major life events to building long-term financial stability. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from DeVry University.
Throughout her career at PNC, Brittany has built a reputation for developing others, fostering strong relationships, and leading with a hospitality-driven approach. As a branch leader, she views her branch as a business she is responsible for growing while also prioritizing employee development, collaboration, and exceptional client experiences. Her leadership skills and commitment to supporting others led to her selection to assist with PNC’s First Bank merger conversion in Denver, where she helped support teams through a major organizational transition. Brittany specializes in leadership development, customer experience, community engagement, and business growth.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Brittany is deeply committed to community involvement and volunteerism. She actively contributes to initiatives such as the Ann Arbor Neutral Zone and Habitat for Humanity’s Women’s Build, where she works to create positive community impact. She is passionate about service, mentorship, and building connections that make a difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with family through game nights, as well as creative hobbies such as painting and puzzles. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in transparency, thoughtfulness, and consideration, reflecting her commitment to uplifting others both professionally and personally.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the mentors who have guided and inspired me, as well as my willingness to learn from their experiences and wisdom. I also recognize the strength and resilience of those who came before me, especially the women who have paved the way and shaped my journey.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay curious, ask questions, and never be afraid to learn from others. Remain humble, embrace growth, and remember that there is always room to improve, no matter how skilled you become. Confidence, adaptability, and a willingness to evolve have been key to my own growth and success.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in banking right now is the constant pace of change and the need to remain adaptable. Leaders must not only adjust quickly themselves but also help their teams embrace new processes, priorities, and expectations. Successfully navigating change while gaining team alignment is one of the most important opportunities for growth and leadership in the industry.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are transparency, thoughtfulness, and consideration. I believe in being open and honest in my communication, while also showing empathy, respect, and genuine care for the people around me.
