Carolina Garbato

Sports and athlete development leader with experience across national governing bodies and higher education. Currently Director of the Beach National Team Development Program at USA Volleyball, overseeing strategy and pipeline development for elite beach athletes after serving as Senior Manager and Manager in the same program. Previously coached collegiate volleyball as Head College Volleyball Coach and continues as part-time faculty at Southwestern College. Background also includes teaching physical education in public schools. Holds an EdD in Higher Education Leadership from Southwestern College and an MA in School Administration from Oral Roberts University, with Brazilian Portuguese language skills.
