Working alongside financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, physicians, and senior living professionals, Sullivan serves as a trusted navigator, connecting clients with the resources, specialists, and long-term strategies they need to maintain agency, safety, and dignity throughout the aging journey.
Sullivan brings nearly a decade of experience in gerontology, complemented by a diverse professional background in sales, management, real estate, retail, and hospitality. After returning to school to pursue her passion for healthy aging, she earned a Master of Arts in Gerontology from the University of Southern California's Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. Her experiences across multiple industries have strengthened her ability to build meaningful relationships, lead with empathy, and create practical solutions that address the complex needs of older adults and their families. Rather than reacting to crises, Sullivan believes in designing a proactive approach to longevity that empowers people to thrive long before significant health challenges arise.
Driven by a deep commitment to purposeful living, Sullivan believes that aging is not something to fear but an opportunity to continue growing, contributing, and living with intention. She credits her success to a disciplined morning routine, unwavering consistency, and a mindset rooted in positivity and service. Through her work, she is helping reshape the conversation around aging by emphasizing function, purpose, and human connection over decline. Her advice to aspiring professionals is simple yet powerful: pursue your dreams with determination, never give up, strive to improve a little each day, and remain focused on building a life and career centered on purpose.

I attribute my success to maintaining a disciplined morning routine, staying grounded in my faith, and practicing persistence every day. I believe that consistent, positive habits—combined with a strong sense of purpose and trust in God—have helped me overcome challenges and continue growing both personally and professionally.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to pursue your dreams with confidence and determination, and never give up. Commit to improving yourself every day, remain open to learning, and maintain a positive mindset. Your attitude and perseverance will carry you through challenges and help you achieve your goals.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest opportunities—and challenges—is shifting from a traditional medicalized model of care to a more intentional, relationship-centered approach that supports older adults in their own homes. By focusing on preserving independence, purpose, and quality of life, we can help individuals age with dignity while receiving the personalized care they need.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me are positivity, compassion, purpose, and service to others. I believe in focusing on encouragement rather than negativity, preserving the dignity and purpose of every individual, and making a meaningful difference through the work I do and the way I serve others.
