With a strong background in healthcare management and employee relations, she has successfully guided teams to deliver seamless patient experiences while driving operational efficiency.
Over her career, Caryle has held leadership roles as Clinic Manager and Sales Manager, refining dental office protocols, implementing key performance indicators, and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams. She has extensive expertise in practice operations, customer service, project management, and leadership development.
Her professional journey includes pivotal roles at Titus Tang, DDS MAGD, Truspine, and other healthcare and customer service organizations, where she built a track record of improving systems, boosting staff confidence, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
Caryle earned her degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, San Francisco, and holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Negros Oriental State University. She also holds certification as a Physician Assistant.
