Ten minutes with Casey
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to strong relationship-building, curiosity, and a willingness to step into opportunities before I felt fully ready. I listen to different perspectives, identify shared goals, and bring the right people together to build strong teams and partnerships where everyone feels valued and empowered.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women is not to wait until you feel completely ready before saying yes to an opportunity. Growth often comes from stepping into challenges, asking questions, listening, and learning along the way. My career has not followed a perfect plan, but each role has challenged me and prepared me for the next. Trust yourself, stay curious, and surround yourself with people whose perspectives, strengths, and skills complement your own.
