Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my mother and to my faith in God. My mother was a strong, educated, and hardworking woman who set an incredible example for me. She taught me the value of perseverance, integrity, and education—lessons that continue to guide me in every aspect of my life. I also give thanks to God for providing me with strength, purpose, and the opportunities that have shaped my journey.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to find a great mentor—someone who can guide, challenge, and support you as you grow. Be kind to yourself and remember that success is a journey, not a race. Pace yourself, make time for self-care, and protect your well-being. Most importantly, keep your end goal in mind and stay grounded in your purpose, even when the path gets challenging.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance, curiosity, and connection. I love exploring new places through travel, trying new foods, and embracing new experiences, which fuels my sense of curiosity. Spending quality time with my son and nurturing relationships keeps me grounded, while taking moments to relax and recharge—whether watching Netflix or enjoying downtime—helps me maintain balance and perspective in all areas of life.
