About Cassie
Cassie Shawcross is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, wellness professional, and entrepreneur who owns and operates Divine Curiosity, a personal development and holistic wellness business based in Greeley, Colorado. With 16 years of experience in the wellness industry, she combines her healthcare background with a holistic approach to personal growth and healing. Shawcross earned her Associate’s Degree in Occupational Studies from Pima Medical Institute in 2010 and has continued to expand her expertise through training and certifications as a Reiki Master and crystal practitioner, as well as completing Soul Masters training with Sage Goddess.
Through Divine Curiosity, Shawcross focuses on creating a bridge between physical and spiritual approaches to wellness. Her work helps clients explore and release energetic patterns, limiting beliefs, past experiences, and negative thought patterns that may be affecting their ability to move forward. Rather than prescribing a specific path, she encourages individuals to develop greater self-awareness, reconnect with themselves, and create space for meaningful personal transformation. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to giving myself grace and allowing myself the time and space to heal. Learning to be patient with my own journey has helped me grow, overcome challenges, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to remember that everyone works at a different pace, and that productivity should be measured by the quality and completion of the work rather than by how quickly someone moves. As long as I stay focused, meet my responsibilities, and accomplish my goals, I am doing well. This perspective has taught me to trust my own process, avoid unnecessary comparisons, and focus on delivering meaningful results.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to give yourself grace and remember that you do not have to be perfect. Allow yourself the opportunity to learn, grow, and make mistakes along the way, and never be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Seeking guidance is a strength, not a weakness, and embracing the learning process can help you build confidence and grow both personally and professionally.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is learning to balance my feminine energy while navigating a traditionally male-dominated environment. I believe there is an opportunity to embrace authenticity, confidence, and collaboration while demonstrating that feminine qualities can be valuable strengths in professional settings.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, honesty, and faith. I believe in being genuine, treating others with respect, and staying true to my principles even when situations are challenging. Above all, I believe that love has the power to overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships, and guide me through life’s most difficult moments.
