Her Interview

Ten minutes with Catherine

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a strong competitive spirit and a drive that was shaped early in life by growing up in a sports-oriented environment. That background taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of striving to improve. I am not someone who is content to sit idle; I am consistently motivated by my personal values, my desire to win, and my determination to keep pushing forward.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice was from a colleague who said I should go to the advertising industry to grow up, get some stature, learn how to write marketing plans, learn how to present, become more serious, and then come back to the entertainment industry in a more senior role with credibility. I did it and it propelled my career forward.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My most important values in both my work and personal life are continuous learning and family. I value reading good books because it helps me grow, expand my perspective, and stay grounded in lifelong learning. At the same time, I deeply prioritize spending quality time with my family, as they are my source of support, balance, and motivation in everything I do.
