01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Make sure you understand your why. That's the first question you need to ask yourself, is why are you pursuing the healthcare industry... Your role as an administrator, or anybody in healthcare for that reason, is to really understand the need of the person, not the need of yourself, but the need of the person that you're serving, and how can we successfully meet those needs.
