What do you attribute your success to?
I would say just commitment to growth and learning, and being able to recognize my key strengths. I think it's so important to just fine-tune those skills, right? So knowing what I'm passionate about, where I exceed and excel, and being able to just continue to fine-tune those skills. And being able to recognize where you need to, you know, where you don't have that strength, if you want - I think that's important to recognize as well. And determination, right? Hard knocks - sometimes you get knocked down, but you gotta get back up.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think women in technology is crucial. Find your passion, right? Whether it's being around people or helping people, and don't be afraid to take that leap or try something different. I think learning is non-stop, and always continue to learn. Don't be afraid to, again, just empower yourself, try different things, and take every learning experience or every opportunity as an opportunity to learn and grow. And if something is not quite a fit, that's okay. You still take that opportunity as a learning experience to move on to the next adventure.
