What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my mother, who instilled in me the importance of discipline, hard work, and always striving to do my best. From her, I learned the value of setting high expectations and consistently pushing myself to meet them. I also credit my own commitment to investing time in learning, exploring new opportunities, and continuously expanding my skills.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received came from a former manager: don’t compare yourself to others. Instead, focus on your own path, dedicate yourself to your growth, and trust that your efforts will yield results over time.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to trust yourself and believe that you are fully capable of excelling in any role, even in male-dominated environments. Have confidence in your ideas—your voice brings value to the team, so don’t hesitate to share it. Invest your time early in building skills, whether that’s learning new languages, mastering technology, or earning certifications, and embrace challenges as opportunities to grow and strengthen your confidence.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is managing time and logistics for a global operation. This includes ensuring product performance and on-time delivery, securing adequate testing capacity, and minimizing costly non-productive time. At the same time, these challenges present opportunities to optimize processes, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and reliability across the organization.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, being self-driven, and creativity. I strive to approach every challenge with honesty, take initiative to drive results, and apply creative thinking to find innovative solutions.
