What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice is to embrace every opportunity to learn and grow, and to never underestimate your ability to make a difference. Pursue excellence, advocate for yourself and others, and remain resilient in the face of challenges.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities is the expansion of human trafficking awareness and prevention efforts. The challenge lies in staying ahead of increasingly sophisticated criminal networks while educating communities and equipping individuals with the knowledge to protect themselves.

The values I hold most important are integrity, compassion, and empowerment. I strive to protect and educate those I serve while remaining committed to justice and safety in both my professional and personal life.
