I attribute my success to three main factors: First, extreme persistence—when my initial project failed, I re-evaluated and tried again, which led to our highest-grossing year. Second, a hunger for learning—I dedicated time to mastering new software, which increased team efficiency. Finally, building strong relationships—I believe in empathy-driven leadership, which has helped build a loyal team and better employee satisfaction.
