Her Story

About Chassity

Chassity Mark is a faith-centered coach, author, speaker, and founder of Chassity Consulting. Her passion is helping women renew their minds, rediscover their identity, and navigate life's challenges with faith, confidence, and purpose.

For more than 15 years, she built a successful career in the multifamily real estate industry, leading initiatives in reputation management, customer experience, and operational excellence. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and licensed real estate professional, she learned the value of strategy, discipline, and continuous growth—skills that continue to influence her work today.

Chassity's life's direction changed after the birth of my son when she experienced severe postpartum anxiety and depression. What was once one of the most difficult seasons of her life became the foundation for her calling. Through faith in Jesus Christ, trusted support, and a commitment to healing, she experienced firsthand the power of renewing the mind and rebuilding from the inside out.

That journey inspired her to write When She Needs You Most: A Dad's Guide to Postpartum Depression & Anxiety and to create The Renewed Mind™ Method, a faith-based framework that helps women overcome limiting beliefs, strengthen their relationship with God, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Today, she has the privilege of supporting women through coaching, speaking, writing, and mentorship. Whether a woman is navigating motherhood, relationships, personal growth, or a major life transition, her goal is to create a safe and encouraging space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Above all, Chassity believes that our greatest struggles do not disqualify us—they often become the very stories God uses to help others find hope, healing, and transformation.

Ten minutes with Chassity

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success first and foremost to my faith in Jesus Christ, whose grace and guidance have carried me through every season of my life.

I am also deeply grateful for my parents, who taught me the value of hard work, integrity, perseverance, and treating others with kindness and respect. Their example helped shape the foundation upon which I have built my life and career.

Some of my greatest lessons have come through adversity. From overcoming a severe MRSA infection to navigating postpartum anxiety and depression after the birth of my son, I learned that challenges can either define us or refine us. Those experiences taught me resilience, humility, and the importance of seeking support, wisdom, and community.

Today, I believe my success is not measured by accomplishments alone, but by the opportunity to use my experiences to serve others. Every challenge I have faced has strengthened my faith, deepened my compassion, and reinforced my calling to help women find hope, healing, and renewed purpose. My journey has taught me that with faith, perseverance, and a willingness to grow, even our most difficult seasons can become part of our greatest impact.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is that success is not something you chase—it's something you build through consistency, character, and service to others.

Early in my career, I focused heavily on achievement, goals, and professional growth. While those things are important, I've learned that lasting success comes from how you treat people, the integrity you bring to your work, and the value you create for others.

Over time, I realized that my career was not just about climbing a ladder; it was about discovering my purpose. The greatest opportunities in my life have come when I stopped asking, "How can I be successful?" and started asking, "How can I serve?"

That mindset has guided every chapter of my journey—from real estate leadership to coaching, writing, and supporting women through difficult seasons. When you focus on serving others, remain teachable, and stay faithful to your values, success often follows in ways you never expected.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If I could give one piece of advice to young women, it would be this: don't let your hardest season convince you that your story is over.

There will be challenges, setbacks, and moments of doubt, but those moments do not define you. Often, they are preparing you for something greater.

Give yourself grace, trust the timing of your journey, and remember that your worth is not determined by your accomplishments. Keep going, keep growing, and never give up on yourself. One day, you'll realize that the struggles you thought would break you were actually helping shape your purpose.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is helping women recognize the importance of mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being before they reach a crisis point. Many women silently struggle with anxiety, identity loss, burnout, or postpartum challenges while feeling pressure to "have it all together."

At the same time, I believe there is an incredible opportunity to create greater awareness, support, and connection for women and families. As conversations around mental health continue to grow, more people are seeking safe spaces, trusted resources, and faith-centered support. Through my own experience with postpartum anxiety and my work as an author and coach, I am passionate about helping women feel seen, supported, and empowered to find hope, healing, and renewed purpose.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my work and personal life are faith, integrity, compassion, and service.

My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation for everything I do. It influences how I lead, how I serve others, and how I navigate both successes and challenges. Integrity is equally important to me—I believe in being honest, authentic, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

I also value compassion and connection. Every person has a story, and I strive to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether I'm working with a client, serving in my community, or spending time with my family, I want others to know they are valued and not alone.

Above all, I believe in continuous growth. Life is a journey, and I am committed to learning, evolving, and becoming the person God has called me to be while helping others do the same.
